2. Use of 3D CAD Models

2.1. The 3D CAD models sold on this website are intended for use by 3D drafters and designers in their design projects. You are permitted to use these 3D CAD models in your designs.

2.2. Additionally, you may share these models as part of a larger design project. However, it is not permissible to share or sell the files individually or as a library.

2.3. You agree not to use the 3D CAD models for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All 3D CAD models and content available on this website are the intellectual property of SanitaryFittings-CAD.com. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

3.2. You retain ownership of any designs or projects created using our 3D CAD models, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such designs or projects for promotional or marketing purposes.

4.1. In no event shall SanitaryFittings-C, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

4.2. The maximum amount of damages that may be claimed shall never exceed the amount of the invoice for the purchase to which the claim relates.
