90 Different Types, 1900+ Unique Parts: only THREE zip files to download
In this library you will find no less than 90 different types of piping parts, in all possible diameters. In total, that is more than 1900 unique 3D CAD parts. And you only have to download 3 (!) Files. That saves a lot of valuable time ...
These 90 types are the most commonly used parts in industrial process systems and they will cover most of the parts you will need for your piping design.
- Weld fittings
- Screw fittings
- Flanges
- Valves with welding connections
- Valves with flange connections
- Valves with BSP screw connections
- Strainers
- Adapters
- Temperature and pressure gauges
Premium quality: take your designs to a higher level
Customers not only assess your designs on the technical details, but also on the external quality of the 3D model or drawing they receive. Your customer will probably show your designs to his client or boss, who may be less technical than he is. The more professional your design looks, the sooner people will agree to implement the design. This applies not only to cars or buildings, but also to piping systems and process equipment ...

Full range diameters: change sizes in just a few mouseclicks
Mostly a process design changes several times between the first idea and the moment of production. As an engineer you need to react fast on these changes.
The more 3D CAD models you have in stock, the better. This collection contains full diameter ranges of the parts. Changing a part diameter therefore only takes a few mouse clicks.
Perfect for use in all 3D CAD software programs
The files are stored in the step (.stp) file format.
Step files can be opened without any problem in basically all 3D CAD programs, such as:
- Autodesk Inventor
- AutoCad
- Fusion 360
- Solidworks
- Catia
- Solid Edge
- Turbocad Pro
DIN-EN: the leading standard in Europe and far beyond
When an industrial process system is built for a company in the EU, the DIN-EN standards are actually always used. Many Arab countries also adhere to these standards. DIN stands for "Deutsches Institut für Normung" (German Institute for Standardization) and EN stands for EuroNorm (Euro Standard).
The DIN-EN standardized parts have fixed installation dimensions, so that it always fits. Regardless of which supplier you purchase the part from and wherever you are in the world.
Pipe dimensions
The DIN-EN 10220 (previous DIN2448) standard specifies the outside diameters and the wall thickness of the most commonly used (steel and stainless steel) seamless pipes for normal industrial use.
The flanges and weld fittings in this 3D CAD library correspond to these pipe dimensions.
